Common use of Acknowledgement and Agreement Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement and Agreement. The Executive acknowledges that the restrictive covenants contained in Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 above have been considered by the Executive and that the restraints and restrictions on his future activities are reasonable in the circumstances. The Executive agrees that, in addition to any other remedies at law which the Corporation may have (which other remedies the Executive acknowledges to be inadequate to protect the Corporation’s legitimate interests), the Corporation shall be entitled to injunctive relief in the event of a breach of Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, and/or 2.5 above.
