Achievement Awards. At the Appointing Authority's discretion, an employee who has demonstrated outstanding performance may receive one (1) achievement award per fiscal year in a lump sum amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or a one (1) step in range adjustment. The receipt of an achievement award as a step increase shall not affect the timing of future progression increases. In no instance during a fiscal year shall achievement awards be granted to more than thirty-five percent (35%) of the number of employees authorized at the beginning of the fiscal year. The Appointing Authority may modify the distribution of achievement awards provided that the modifications do not increase the aggregate amount of money spent on achievement awards in a fiscal year. Achievement awards granted under this paragraph shall be in the form of lump sum payments only. Modifications may include but are not limited to the following: • dollar amount of awards, • percentage of employees eligible for awards and • "team awards". Employees may receive both an individual and a team achievement award in one (1) fiscal year. Appointing Authorities may establish Achievement Award Committees consisting of both Employer and employee representatives to recommend procedures and criteria consistent with the agency’s mission and objectives for the distribution of achievement awards.

Achievement Awards. In addition to the foregoing, nurses who have demonstrated outstanding performance may receive achievement awards in the amount of one (1) salary step, provided the nurse is not at or above the maximum salary rate for his/her class. If the nurse is at or above the maximum of the range, such achievement award shall be paid in a lump sum equal to 4% of the nurse's current annual salary not to exceed $1,500. The receipt of an Achievement Award shall not affect the timing of future progression increases. The number of achievement awards granted shall be limited each fiscal year to a maximum of thirty-five (35%) percent of the number of nurse positions in the seniority unit authorized at the beginning of that fiscal year, except that in seniority units of three (3) or fewer nurses, the Appointing Authority may grant one achievement award in each seniority unit.

Achievement Awards. The District may provide a regular program of monetary awards for valuable suggestions, services or accomplishments to unit members under the provisions of Education Code Section 44015 or its successor. If such a program is provided, the District shall consult with the Association on implementation.
Achievement Awards. 28.1 The parties recognize that the outstanding contributions to Nipissing University made by some Members require special recognition. To give tangible recognition, the Employer agrees to establish one part-time teaching award for Members of this contract. The Employer shall consult and give due consideration to the views of CASBU prior to establishing the procedures and criteria for the award, such consultation to be effected by a full discussion of the merits of possible procedures and criteria by the JCAA within three months of signing this Agreement.
Achievement Awards. 38.1 The parties recognize that the outstanding contributions to Nipissing University made by some Members require special recognition. Achievement Awards. 7.1 Members of the Club are eligible to qualify for a number of awards. These awards are calculated over the Club year (1st September to 31st August), and are presented at the Annual Awards Presentation, which is usually incorporated into the next December Special General Meeting.
Achievement Awards. Beginning on the Hire Date, Transitioned Employees will be eligible for various levels of awards and other forms of recognition to the same extent as all other similarly situated Provider employees in accordance with Provider’s standard practices and policies.
Achievement Awards. Raytheon's Australian employees may receive Achievement Awards in a similar fashion to other Raytheon employees. The maximum amount of an Achievement Award is $5,000.
