Accuracy of Your Information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you give to us is and remains true and accurate. You agree to inform us of any changes to such information either by changing your Client Profile online or by written notice to us.

Accuracy of Your Information. You have the right to access to your personal information and to amend or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information, request deletion of your personal information, or request that we no longer use it. You may contact us regarding your rights using the applicable phone number listed in Section 19.
