Accuracy of Work. The Contractor represents, covenants, and agrees that its work will be accurate and free from any material errors.

Acceptance of the work by the TPOs will not relieve the GPC of the responsibility for subsequent correction of any negligent errors or omissions and the clarification of any ambiguities.

The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for and shall warrant the completeness, accuracy, and quality of all work done pursuant to the CONTRACT, including but not limited to, reports, survey work, plans, supporting data, and special provisions prepared or compliant pursuant to CONSULTANT’s obligations under this CONTRACT and shall promptly correct at CONSULTANT’s expense errors or omissions which may be discovered therein. The fact that MAG has accepted or approved the CONSULTANT’s work shall in no way relieve the CONSULTANT of any of CONSULTANT’s responsibilities.

At any time during the construction of the PROJECT provided for by the plans or during any phase of work performed by others based on data secured by the CONSULTANT under this AGREEMENT, the CONSULTANT shall confer with GDOT for the purpose of interpreting the information obtained and to correct any errors or omissions. These consultations, clarifications, or corrections shall be made without added compensation to the CONSULTANT other than what has been provided for under the terms of this AGREEMENT. The CONSULTANT shall give immediate attention to these changes so there will be minimum delay to others.
