Accuracy of Personal Information. The Contractor must make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of any personal information to be used by the Contractor or the Province to make a decision that directly affects the individual the information is about.

All stored personal data needs to be set a storage expiry date to ensure that personal information is up to date from any changes of circumstances or status to ensure quality of information. All parties will be responsible for putting in place policies and procedures to be followed when updating personal information and ensure any amendments will be made aware to all relevant parties.
