Accuracy of Confidential Information. Each Party hereby acknowledges that the Confidential Information of the other Parties may still be under development, or may be incomplete, and that such information may relate to products that are under development or are planned for development. Except as specifically provided in Section 8.2, no Party makes any representations regarding the accuracy of its Confidential Information.

Consultant acknowledge that the Company makes no express or implied representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information, and the Company expressly disclaims any and all liability that may be based on the Confidential Information efforts therein or omissions therefrom.

Further, you agree that the Company shall not have any liability to you based on the Confidential Information, errors therein or omissions therefrom. The Owner’s designated representative is providing Confidential Information at the request of the Owner on the express condition that the representative makes no representations or affirmative warranties as to the validity or veracity of the Confidential Information so provided. Notwithstanding the preceding disclaimer, the designated representative certifies that it has no actual knowledge of any false information contained within the Confidential Information.
Accuracy of Confidential Information. By executing this Agreement, the Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information provided to Investor.

Recipient understands and acknowledges that GRI makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any Confidential Information. Recipient agrees that GRI shall have no liability to Recipient or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives or affiliates relating to or resulting from the use of or reliance on any Confidential Information or any errors therein or omissions therefrom.

Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or performance of the Confidential Information provided by it to the Recipient. Company will have no liability to the Recipient or any other person resulting from the Recipient’s or other person’s permitted use of any Confidential Information or from any action taken or any inaction occurring in reliance thereon.

Recipient understands and acknowledges that Owner does not make any representation and/or warranty and/or guarantee, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any Confidential Information. Recipient agrees that Owner shall not have any and all liability or responsibility, in any manner whatsoever, for any damages or expenses/costs/losses (including litigation expenses) incurred by the Recipient and/or any of its Representatives relating to or resulting from the use of the Confidential Information or from any errors therein or omissions therefrom. Only those representations and warranties that are made in a final definitive agreement regarding the Transaction, when, as and if executed by the Parties, and subject to such limitations and restrictions as may be specified therein, will have any legal effect.
Accuracy of Confidential Information. Cryocon and the Cryocon Holders acknowledge that the Company makes no express or implied representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information, and the Company expressly disclaims any and all liability that may be based on the Confidential Information, errors therein or omissions therefrom.
