Accumulative. 1. All ten (10) month employees shall be entitled to ten (10) days sick leave each school year as of the first official day of said school year. Ten (10) month employees who are hired for less than a full school year shall be entitled to sick days on a prorated basis. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.
Accumulative a) All full-time administrators shall be entitled to twelve (12) days sick leave per year. Unused days of sick leave shall be accumulated from year to year.

Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit. Teachers hired before July 1, 1999 shall be entitled to thirteen (13) days per year. Teachers hired between July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2008 shall be entitled to ten (10) sick days per year. Upon reaching tenure in the district they will be entitled to thirteen (13) days per year from that point forward. Effective July 1, 2008, all newly hired staff shall be entitled to ten (10) sick days per year.

Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit. Part-Time employees shall receive sick days on a pro-rated basis: Example: 2 days/week—professional employee 2/5 = 40% .40 x 11 days (number of sick days for professional) = 4.4 days
Accumulative. All parties represented herein shall be entitled to twelve (12) days sick leave per year for twelve month employees. All ten (10) month employees shall be entitled to ten (10) days sick leave per year. Unused days of sick leave shall be accumulated from year to year.
