Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits. An employee shall earn vacation leave credits at the rate described in (a) below for each calendar month during which he or she receives pay for at least seventy-five (75) hours. Conversion Examples 15 days 112.5 hours 20 days 150 hours 25 days 187.5 hours 30 days 225 hours 35 days 262.5 hours (a) (i) nine point three seven five (9.375) hours at his straight-time hourly rate until the month in which his eighth (8th) anniversary of service occurs;
