Accumulation of Sick Leave. The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. 1. During the first three (3) years of employment, an employee shall earn .0347 hours of sick leave with pay for each paid hour in a regularly scheduled workweek or period to a maximum of eighty (80) hours in a pay period (approximately seventy-two [72] hours per year).
Accumulation of Sick Leave. Each employee shall accumulate sick leave with pay at the rate of 4.6 hours for each eighty (80) hours in paid status except that the maximum accrual of sick leave shall not exceed 4.6 hours per period. Accumulation of sick leave shall be unlimited.

Accumulation of Sick Leave. 1. An Employee may accumulate the sick leave the Employee earns. The unused sick leave accumulated shall be credited to the Employee's account for subsequent use in the event of a sickness. Such unused sick leave may be accumulated without limitation.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. Sick leave may be accumulated up to nine hundred sixty (960) hours for permanent employees. Upon termination or retirement following five (5) continuous years of active employment in a permanent position with the Port, qualified employees shall be compensated for fifty percent (50%) of their unused sick leave (within the 960-hour limit) at the rate of pay at termination. The fifty percent (50%) accumulated sick leave payoff is payable to the employee's spouse or other designated beneficiary in the event of an employee's death. One hundred percent (100%) of an employee’s accumulated sick leave (within the 960-hour limit) is payable to the employee’s spouse or other designated beneficiary in the event of an employee’s death in the line of duty.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. (a) Each Full-Time Employee shall accumulate sick leave credits at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) working days per month for each calendar month to a maximum of two hundred fifteen (215) working days. Part-time Employees shall accumulate sick leave credits on a prorated basis to time paid.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. If an employee does not take the full amount of leave allowed in any year under this section, the amount not taken shall be accumulated from year to year.
