Accumulation of Sabbatical Leave. Sabbatical leave for professional improvement will not be granted to any Professional Staff Member more often than once for every five (5) consecutive years of service, nor will leave be granted a second time to the same individual when other members of the staff in sufficient numbers to fill the quota for the period have filed a request for and are awaiting such leave.
