Common use of Accumulation and Payment of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accumulation and Payment of Sick Leave. An employee is permitted to accumulate sick leave up to a maximum of eighteen (18) days at any one time. An employee shall be able to carry forward unused sick days into the subsequent calendar year to a maximum of thirty-six (36) days.

Accumulation and Payment of Sick Leave. An employee is permitted to accumulate sick leave up to a maximum of eighteen fifteen (1815) days at any one time. An employee shall be able to carry forward unused sick days into the subsequent calendar year to a maximum of thirty-six thirty (3630) days.

Accumulation and Payment of Sick Leave. An employee is permitted Full-Time Employees may carry up to accumulate one hundred and twenty (120) days forward to the next calendar year. The Employer shall provide, to each employee, once a year, the total of their sick leave up to a maximum of eighteen (18) days at any one time. An employee shall be able to carry forward unused sick days into the subsequent calendar year to a maximum of thirty-six (36) daysaccumulation.
