Common use of Accumulation and Payment of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accumulation and Payment of Sick Leave. An employee is permitted to accumulate sick leave up to a maximum of eighteen (18) days at any one time. An employee shall be able to carry forward unused sick days into the subsequent calendar year to a maximum of thirty-six (36) days.
