Accumulated Sick Leave. The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.
Accumulated Sick Leave. Upon termination of service, Employee will be compensated at the Employee’s daily rate of pay at the rate of one day for each five days of accumulated sick leave, capped at 100 days, and may elect to have the District purchase PERS credit. Employee may participate in the Health Reimbursement Account program offered under the District’s collective bargaining agreement with CCASAPE. Employee may not participate in any other form of payment for unused sick leave.

Accumulated Sick Leave. A unit member on leave of absence will retain any sick leave accumulated prior to the leave, but will accumulate no additional sick leave during a leave of absence.
Accumulated Sick Leave. 33.4 (a) Where in any academic year an Employee appointed as probationary or regular prior to August 1, 1998 does not use the full twenty (20) days Sick Leave which may be applied for under clause 33.3 (a), the Employee may accumulate the unused portion of Sick Leave to a maximum of one hundred and ninety-five (195) days.
Accumulated Sick Leave a. If, in any one school year the teacher shall be absent for such illness less than the stated number of days, the remaining days shall be accumulated to an unlimited number of days. Accumulated leave shall be used for personal illness leave only.
Accumulated Sick Leave. 16.1.6 Except as other provided in this section, each employee shall be paid one-half (1/2) of the value of his/her accumulated sick leave in excess of two hundred (200) hours upon his/her retirement, layoff, or death, based upon his/her salary at the time of termination.

If an employee requires in any school year less than the specified number of days of sick leave with pay allowed, all days of such sick leave not utilized that year shall be accumulative to be used for additional sick leave as needed in subsequent years. Accumulated Sick Leave. The maximum number of sick leave days accumulated shall be 340 days. Because no salary or wages are held in escrow, hourly or daily employees will be given sick leave only for those actually earned at the rate of 1¼ days per month.
Accumulated Sick Leave. (a) (1) An employee shall earn sick leave credits on the basis of twelve (12) hours per calendar month effective from the completion of their Probationary Period to a maximum accumulation of two thousand and eighty (2,080) hours. Where Sick Leave credits are earned for less than a full calendar month, the credit shall be prorated.
