Accumulated Personal Leave. Two (2) unused personal leave days may be accumulated from year to year with a maximum of four (4) days. The employee will not be compensated for the accumulated personal leave day.

An employee's accumulated personal leave entitlements are preserved when: ▪ The employee is absent from work on unpaid leave granted by SPARQ Solutions; ▪ SPARQ Solutions or employee terminates the employee's employment and the employee is re- employed within three [3] months; ▪ The employee's employment is terminated because of illness or injury and the employee is reemployed by SPARQ Solutions without having been employed in the interim. ▪ The employee accumulates personal leave entitlements whilst absent from work on paid leave granted by SPARQ Solutions.

NOTIFICATION TO LINE MANAGER 146.1 Employees must notify their line manager as soon as practicable of their absence or their intention to be absent.
