Accumulated Earned Sick Leave. Sick leave with pay that is not used shall be cumulative. Sick leave credits may be accumulated not to exceed one hundred and fifty (150) working days. Sick leave credits accrued under this provision shall be expressed in hours.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.
