Accrued Leave. (a) To assist Employees in balancing their work and family responsibilities, an Employee with an entitlement to 152 hours (20 days) annual leave (pro-rata for part-time Employees) may elect to accrue and carry forward any amount of annual leave for a period of two years from the date of entitlement.
