Accrued Days Off on Public Holidays. Where a Registered Xxxxx's accrued day off falls on a holiday pursuant to this clause, on which the Employee would have been required to be on duty, another day shall be determined by the Employer to be taken in lieu thereof, such day to be within the same four week (or five week) work cycle where practical, as the case may be.

  • Public Holidays 11.1 The following days are public holidays: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and any other gazetted public holidays in the relevant state or territory in which the work is being performed, other than:
