Accrued Base Salary. The Company will pay the Executive’s Base Salary accrued but unpaid up to and including the Termination Date, including accrued vacation pay, at the rate in effect at the time the notice of termination is given.

Accrued Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Executive his full earned but unpaid Base Salary through the Date of Termination. In addition the Company shall pay to Executive all other amounts to which Executive is entitled under any compensation plan or practice of the Company on the Date of Termination; and
