Accrued Base Salary. The Company will pay the Executive’s Base Salary accrued but unpaid up to and including the Termination Date, including accrued vacation pay, at the rate in effect at the time the notice of termination is given.
Accrued Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Executive his full earned but unpaid Base Salary through the Date of Termination. In addition the Company shall pay to Executive all other amounts to which Executive is entitled under any compensation plan or practice of the Company on the Date of Termination; and
Accrued Base Salary. The Company shall pay to the Executive his current base salary through the date of termination.
Accrued Base Salary. Pay Executive any base salary that has accrued but was not paid as of the Separation Date, less legally required withholding and payroll deductions;
Accrued Base Salary. (Section 4.2(a)): Executive acknowledges receipt of all Base Salary Payments through the Separation Date.
Accrued Base Salary. Any unpaid installments of his Base Salary, calculated through the Termination Date (as defined in Section 5.07[4]), will be paid on the next payroll date after the Termination Date.
Accrued Base Salary. The Base Salary earned by Executive before the effective date of termination as provided in Section 5(a) and unpaid (including salary payable during any applicable notice period), prorated on the basis of the number of full days of service rendered by Executive during the salary payment period to the effective date of termination; and
Accrued Base Salary. On the Closing Date, the Company shall pay to Executive all accrued and unpaid base salary earned through the Closing Date.
Accrued Base Salary. The Company will pay to the Executive all accrued, but unpaid, amounts of “Base Salary” (as that term is defined in Paragraphs 2.3 and 5.1 of the Employment Agreement) through the Separation Date. The payment will be made on or prior to July 31, 2008.
Accrued Base Salary. Consistent with the Employment Agreement, the Executive shall, pursuant to subclause (A) of clause (i) of the third sentence of Section 11(c) of the Employment Agreement, receive within five days following the Resignation Date a lump-sum cash payment of any earned but unpaid Base Salary through the Resignation Date.
