Common use of Accrual Clause in Contracts

Accrual. Regular full-time and part-time employees shall accrue .0462 hours of sick leave for each regularly scheduled hour in a paid status, excluding overtime hours worked.

Accrual. Regular full-time and regular part-time employees shall accrue .0462 earn .05 hours of sick leave with pay for each paid, regularly scheduled working hour to a maximum of eighty (80) working hours in any pay period. No employee shall be entitled to sick leave with pay while absent from duty on account of any of the following reasons: a. Sickness or disability sustained while on a paid status, excluding overtime hours workedleave of absence without pay; b. Vacation; c. Sickness or injury incurred while working for an employer other than the Court.

Accrual. Regular All full-time and part-time regular employees shall accrue .0462 hours of sick leave for each regularly scheduled at the rate of 0.04615 hours per hour in paid up to a paid status, excluding overtime hours workedmaximum of 405 hours.

Accrual. Regular full-time and part-time employees shall accrue .0462 hours of sick leave for each regularly scheduled hour in a paid status, excluding overtime work year. Overtime hours workedworked do not constitute regularly scheduled hours.
