Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) Subject to the transitional arrangements of sub-clause 22.10(b), an employee shall accrue an amount of paid personal/carer’s leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/26 of the number of ordinary hours worked by the employee for the employer during that 4 week period.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. An employee’s entitlement to paid personal leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the employee’s ordinary hours of work, and accumulates from year to year.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) (i) An employee during his/her first year of employment with the employer shall accrue an amount of paid personal/carer’s leave at the rate of 7.6 hours or pro rata thereof on the anniversary of each of the first three (3) months of continuous service.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) For each year of service with their employer, an employee is entitled to ten (10) days of paid personal/carer’s leave.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. The Employee (other than a casual) is entitled to accrue for each completed four-week period of continuous service, an amount of personal/carer’s leave of 1/26th of the number of nominal hours worked by the Employee during the four-week period. Personal/ carer’s leave accrues indefinitely and is not capped (i.e. 10 days for an Employee who has worked 36 normal hours per week over a 12 month period).
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. Personal/carers leave accrues indefinitely during the period of employment with the Company.
Accrual of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave a) Subject to the provisions of Clause 20.8.b, an employee shall be allocated an amount of paid personal / carer’s leave at the commencement of employment and on the employee’s anniversary of service. The amount of leave shall be equivalent to 1/26 of the number of ordinary hours worked by the employee for BaptistCare during that period.
