Accrual of Entitlement. An Employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid personal/carer’s leave, for each completed four week period of continuous service with an employer, or 1/26 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee for the Company during that 4 week period. This will be credited to the Employee monthly.

Accrual of Entitlement. (a) Personal/xxxxx’s leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the Staff Member’s ordinary hours of work.
Accrual of Entitlement. Any time in respect of which an employee is absent from work except time for which he/she is entitled to claim personal leave or time spent on holidays or annual leave as prescribed by this Agreement, shall not count for the purpose of determining his/her right to annual leave.

  • Accrual of Leave (a) An employee’s entitlement to paid recreation leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the employee’s ordinary hours of work.

  • Benefit Entitlement When an employee is on a WCB claim all benefits of the Agreement will continue to accrue. However, an employee off work on WCB claim shall receive net wages as defined by (A) above, and benefits equalling but not to exceed their normal entitlement had they not suffered a compensable injury. For the first twenty (20) work days on claim, an employee will accrue paid holidays and vacation credits. Once the claim exceeds twenty (20) work days, paid holidays and vacation credits will not accrue. However, unused vacation credits accrued prior to the claim shall not be lost as a result of this clause.

  • Accrual of interest Each Note (or in the case of the redemption of part only of a Note, that part only of such Note) will cease to bear interest (if any) from the date for its redemption unless payment of principal is improperly withheld or refused. In such event, interest will continue to accrue until whichever is the earlier of:

A full-time employee shall accrue four (4) hours of sick leave for each biweekly pay period, or the number of hours that are directly proportionate to the number of days worked during less than a full-pay period, without limitation as to the total number of hours that may be accrued.

  • Basic entitlement (a) After twelve months continuous service, parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child. For females, maternity leave may be taken and for males, paternity leave may be taken. Adoption leave may be taken in the case of adoption.

  • Overtime Entitlement (a) An employee will be entitled to compensation for authorized overtime in excess of:
