Accounting Terms; Changes in GAAP. (a) All accounting terms not specifically defined in this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with GAAP applied on a consistent basis with those applied in the preparation of the financial statements of the Borrower delivered to the Administrative Agent for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 other than such changes that have been disclosed to the Administrative Agent on the next date on which financial statements are required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under Section 5.2.
