Common use of Accounting of Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Accounting of Disclosures. Business Associate agrees to maintain and make available the information required to provide an accounting of Disclosures to an Individual as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. section 164.528. Business Associate shall do so solely by way of coordination with Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity.

Accounting of Disclosures. To the extent required by the terms of this Agreement, Business Associate agrees to will maintain and make available the information and/or documentation required to provide an accounting of Disclosures to an Individual disclosures as necessary to satisfy Covered Entitythe Department’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. section CFR 164.528. Business Associate shall do so solely by way of coordination with Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity.

At the direction of Covered Entity, Business Associate agrees to maintain and make available the information required to provide an Accounting of Disclosure to the Covered Entity to meet its accounting of Disclosures to an Individual as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under the Privacy Rule 45 C.F.R. section CFR 164.528. Business Associate shall do so solely by way of coordination with Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity.

When required by applicable law and requested by Covered Entity, Business Associate agrees to maintain and will make available the information required to provide an accounting of Disclosures Disclosures, of which Business Associate is aware, to an Individual the Covered Entity as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. section CFR 164.528. Business Associate shall do so solely by way of coordination with Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity.;
