Common use of Account Verification Clause in Contracts

Account Verification. Any of Agent's officers, employees or agents shall have the right, at any time or times hereafter, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts by mail, telephone, electronic communication or otherwise; provided, that so long as no Default or Event of Default exists, any verification of Accounts by Agent shall be telephonically in the presence of a representative of a Borrower. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.

Account Verification.
