Account Users. You must designate in writing Account Users. You are responsible for notifying the TMC of any changes to that list. We shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy of this or any updated version of this list provided an update is received from you on your letterhead and signed by an authorised officer. We shall also be entitled to hold you responsible for all Charges incurred on the BTA by such authorised individuals or individuals who reasonably appear to be such Account Users.

Account Users. (i) American Express may rely on all written and oral directions that it receives from authorised officers of Company to designate individuals as Account Users. We will be entitled to hold you responsible for all Charges incurred on the American Express vPayment Account by such authorised individuals or individuals who reasonably appear to be such Account Users.
Account Users. 2.1 Company shall designate Account Users as well as those contacts authorized to: (a) provide Issuer with the information necessary to establish and maintain Account(s), Cards, and DINs; (b) provide vehicle, driver and other information; (c) receive all Account numbers, Cards or reports; (d) receive other Account information; and (e) select additional products and/or services that may be offered. Company will provide notice of any change or removal of any contact or Account User either in writing, by telephoning Issuer’s customer service department or through Issuer’s online system. Issuer is authorized to take instruction from any Account User or contact with apparent authority to act on Company’s behalf. Unless Company reports any errors in Account information or Cards, Issuer is entitled to rely on that information for servicing the Account. Company shall ensure that each Account User complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Company is liable for any employee misuse of Cards.
Account Users. Customer authorizes each individual listed as an administrator in the Portal Account to act as a Certificate Requester, Certificate Approver, and Contract Signer (as defined in the EV Guidelines) and to communicate with DigiCert regarding the management of Certificates and key sets. “
Account Users. In the case of an Amex vPayment and/or an Amex Go facility, this term means an individual who is authorised by you to manage your Amex vPayment and/or Amex Go facility, request Virtual Account Numbers and incur Charges on your Amex vPayment and/or Amex Go facility.
Account Users. Customer authorizes each individual listed as an administrator in the Account to act as a Certificate Requester, Certificate Approver, and Contract Signer (as defined in the EV Guidelines) and to communicate with DigiCert regarding the management of Certificates and key sets. “EV Guidelines” means the Extended Validation Guidelines published by the CA/Browser Forum and made publicly available at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx . Customer may revoke this authority by sending notice to DigiCert. Customer is responsible for periodically reviewing and reconfirming which individuals have authority to request and approve Certificates. If Customer wishes to remove an account user, then Customer will take the steps necessary to prevent the user's access to the Account, including changing its password and other authentication mechanisms. Customer must notify DigiCert immediately if any unauthorized use of the Account is detected.
Account Users. The Member will immediately advise Servus Credit Union if Member authorizes any Third Party to use that Member’s Accounts or if Member uses that Member’s Accounts on behalf of or for the benefit of Third Parties. The Member will provide Servus Credit Union with the names of the Third Parties and with any other information regarding those Third Parties as Servus Credit Union may require. The Member further agrees to immediately advise Servus Credit Union of any changes to information provided regarding Third Parties.
Account Users. The Member will immediately advise the Credit Union if they authorize any third party to use their account(s) or if the Member uses their accounts on behalf of, or for, the benefit of third parties. The Member will provide the Credit Union with the names of the third parties and with any other information regarding those third parties as the Credit Union may require. The Member further agrees to immediately advise the Credit Union of any changes to information provided regarding third parties.
Account Users. Customer may authorize as Account Users only its and its Affiliate’s personnel and the personnel of contractors retained by Customer to provide services in support of Customer’s internal business operations. Customer is solely responsible for de-activating or updating permissions and authentication credentials for Customer’s Account Users, such as on the termination of employment of an Account User. Customer authorizes 6Connex to act on the instructions of any person who authenticates using active account credentials that Customer or the Account User has established.
