Account Statements and Notices. All transfers subject to this Agreement will be reflected on your periodic account statement(s). Notification of receipt of all such transfers will be provided by including such item in the periodic account statement(s) we provide to you. You may inquire whether a specific transfer has been received at any time during our normal business hours. You agree to review each statement or other notice for any discrepancies in connection with transfers. If you think a transfer is not authorized, wrong, or if you need more information about a transfer, you must contact us in writing upon discovery of the error or within 30 days after you receive the first notice or statement that reflects the discrepancy you allege, whichever is earlier. Failure to do so will relieve us of any obligation to pay interest or otherwise compensate you for the amount of any unauthorized or erroneous transfer. Method Used to Make the Wire Transfer – We may select any means for the transmission of funds we consider suitable, including but not limited to the Credit Union's own internal systems or Fedwire. Any subsequent financial institution may also use Fedwire. Any use of Fedwire shall be governed by applicable Fedwire regulations. The Credit Union is not responsible for performance failure as a result of an interruption in transfer facilities, labor disputes, power failures, equipment malfunctions, suspension of payment by another party, refusal or delay by another financial institution to accept the transfer, war, emergency conditions, fire, earthquake or other circumstances not within our control.

Account Statements and Notices. The Bank shall periodically provide an account Statements and notices showing the account/accounts activities and details to the Account Holder on his/her address provided to the bank and the account holder will be responsible for reviewing these statements and notices when received, and notifying the Bank in writing for any differences reflected in these statements and / or notices within fifteen days from the date of sending the statements and notices. In case the address is incorrect, the Bank shall stop all correspondences that are sent to the customer and the customer will bear full responsibility to review his account activities through alternative channels such as the ATM, Online services or through one of the Bank’s branches.

Account Statements and Notices. Periodic Statements Bank will send a periodic Account statement for demand deposit or checking accounts and savings accounts to the current address listed on Bank’s records. Bank will send only one Account statement or other notice for any Account, even if the Account has more than one owner. In certain instances, Bank may offer a combined Account statement where a single statement reports activity for all accounts linked for the service; rather than separate statements for each linked Account. Accounts must contain identical ownership in order to be eligible to receive combined statements. Bank may restrict what types of accounts can be linked for a combined statement. If you have chosen to receive your bank statements via Online Banking and you have enrolled with Bank to do so, Bank will send you an email informing you when your statement is available for review. Please refer to Electronic Communications section below for more information regarding electronic bank statements and other electronic communications. You are responsible for promptly examining your statement each statement period and reporting any irregularities to Bank. The periodic statement will be considered correct for all purposes and Bank will not be liable for any payment made and charged to your Account unless you notify Bank in writing within certain time limits after the statement is made available to you. Bank will not be liable for any unauthorized debit against your Account from any source, including but not limited to forged and altered checks, unless you notify Bank within thirty (30) calendar days after your statement is made available to you. Also, Bank will not be liable for any subsequent items paid, in good faith, containing an unauthorized signature or alteration by the same wrongdoer unless you notify Bank within thirty (30) calendar days after the statement and first altered or forged items were made available. Except for transactions covered by the EFTA, you must also report any other Account problem within sixty (60) calendar days after the statement is made available or lose your right to assert the problem against Bank. All ACH transactions are governed by the operating rules for the National Automatic Clearing House Association (NACHA). These rules do not require that we provide you with next-day notice of receipt of an ACH item. We will provide you with notification of the receipt of these items as part of your periodic statement. You may inquire whether a specific transfer has been received during our normal business hours. You agree to review each statement or other notice for any discrepancies in connection with transfers. If you think a transfer is not authorized, is incorrect, or if you need more information regarding the transfer, you must contact us in writing within thirty (30) days from the date you first received notification from the Credit Union either that the transfer order was accepted or your account was debited with respect to the order. Should you fail to promptly notify us of any unauthorized or erroneous payment order as discussed above, we will not be liable to you for any unauthorized or erroneous transfer and any subsequent similar occurrence that we could have prevented had we received such notice.
