Account Statements and Documents. Account Statements and Transaction Details. For deposit accounts, we report your Online Banking transactions on the monthly or periodic statements for your linked accounts. A description of each transaction, including whom you paid, and the date and amount of the transaction will appear on your statement. In Online Banking, the account statements and documents (including notices) for your eligible checking, savings, money market accounts are shown within the statements and documents area of your account details page. Note: Online statements and documents are not available for viewing using Mobile Banking. • Enrollment in Statements and Documents. As part of Online Banking enrollment, all Online Banking customers must consent to the Online Banking E-Notification Agreement, xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx. (“E-Notification Agreement”). The E-Notification Agreement allows us to provide this Agreement and certain Online Banking communications electronically. In addition, the E-Notification Agreement provides important information about paperless delivery if you choose to replace certain mailed account statements and documents with paperless (online-only) statements and documents (“Statements”). For more details, please review the E-Notification Agreement by visiting the paperless settings page in Online Banking. On the Statements settings page in Online Banking, you can choose paperless delivery for all statements and documents at the account level, or for some eligible accounts, at the document group level. As new document types are added to Online Banking for your chosen paperless account or document group, you will automatically receive those new document types online instead of by mail without needing to make an additional paperless choice. At times, we may, in our sole discretion, mail you a paper copy of certain statements and documents even if you have chosen paperless delivery. When a statement or document is delivered online, we send an email to alert you that it is available for viewing in Online Banking. You must have a valid email address to receive these alerts. Statements are generally provided in PDF or HTML format. In order to view, print or save copies of your Statements, you will need to ensure that the computer or device you are using meets the hardware and software requirements specified by the E- Notification Agreement.

  • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period.   • Account Statements Securities Intermediary shall send Secured Party and Pledgor written account statements with respect to the Reserve Account not less frequently than monthly. Reports or confirmation of the execution of orders and statements of account shall be conclusive if not objected to in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery.

  • Account Statement  Every month THE BANK shall remit to the Customer by mail, to the registered address in THE BANK, a Account Statement or the CUSTOMER may view it in the Online Banking if he deems it convenient.   • ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS The accounts and records maintained by ALPS shall be the property of the Fund. ALPS shall prepare, maintain and preserve such accounts and records as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. ALPS shall surrender such accounts and records to the Fund, in the form in which such accounts and records have been maintained or preserved, promptly upon receipt of instructions from the Fund. The Fund shall have access to such accounts and records at all times during ALPS’ normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by ALPS to the Fund at the Fund’s expense. ALPS shall assist the Fund, the Fund’s independent auditors, or, upon approval of the Fund, any regulatory body, in any requested review of the Fund’s accounts and records, and reports by ALPS or its independent accountants concerning its accounting system and internal auditing controls will be open to such entities for audit or inspection upon reasonable request. ALPS or its undersigned as defined by Rule 17a-4 of the Securities and Exchange Act (the “Exchange Act”), shall have access to all electronic communications, including password access to the system storing the electronic communications, of registered representatives of ALPS that are associated with the Fund and are required to be maintained under Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act and FINRA Rules 3110 and 3010. Electronic storage media maintained by the Fund will comply with Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act.

  • E-Statements If we make this service available to you, you may agree to receive statements via electronic means, whereby your periodic statement will be e-mailed to you or sent electronically to, and made available on, our on-line banking website. Please see the provision, "Electronic Statements, Electronic Notices, Electronic Disclosures and Electronic Agreements" for more information regarding e-statements. Notices; e-Notices; Name or Address Change. Any written notice we give to you is effective when it is made available in our on-line banking system (if you have agreed to receive such notices electronically), or when it is deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid and addressed to you at the most recent mailing address on file with us. Notice to any account owner is considered notice to all account owners. Any written notice you give us is not effective until we actually receive it in our offices. You agree to notify us of any postal or e-mail address change or name change in writing. We reserve the right to require verification of your identity and proof of a change in address prior to making any changes in our records. We are only required to attempt to communicate with you at the most recent address you have provided to us. If you fail to provide notice of a change in address or name, and we attempt to locate you, we may impose a service fee as set forth on the Rates & Fees Schedule.

  • Access to records, books, and documents In addition to any right of access arising by operation of law, Grantee and any of Grantee’s affiliate or subsidiary organizations, or Subcontractors shall permit the System Agency or any of its duly authorized representatives, as well as duly authorized federal, state or local authorities, unrestricted access to and the right to examine any site where business is conducted or services are performed, and all records, which includes but is not limited to financial, client and patient records, books, papers or documents related to this Contract. If the Contract includes federal funds, federal agencies that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the federal agency providing the funds, the Comptroller General of the United States, the General Accounting Office, the Office of the Inspector General, and any of their authorized representatives. In addition, agencies of the State of Texas that shall have a right of access to records as described in this section include: the System Agency, HHSC, HHSC's contracted examiners, the State Auditor’s Office, the Office of the Texas Attorney General, and any successor agencies. Each of these entities may be a duly authorized authority. If deemed necessary by the System Agency or any duly authorized authority, for the purpose of investigation or hearing, Grantee shall produce original documents related to this Contract. The System Agency and any duly authorized authority shall have the right to audit xxxxxxxx both before and after payment, and all documentation that substantiates the xxxxxxxx. Grantee shall include this provision concerning the right of access to, and examination of, sites and information related to this Contract in any Subcontract it awards.

  • AUDITS AND RECORDS 7.5.1 The Contractor agrees that the representatives of the Office of the City Auditor or other authorized representatives of the City shall have access to, and the right to audit, examine, or reproduce, any and all records of the Contractor related to the performance under this Contract. The Contractor shall retain all such records for a period of three (3) years after final payment on this Contract or until all audit and litigation matters that the City has brought to the attention of the Contractor are resolved, whichever is longer. The Contractor agrees to refund to the City any overpayments disclosed by any such audit.
