Account Statements and Confirmations. Report Errors Immediately You will receive notice by email periodically, but not less than quarterly, that your account statement is accessible and available for viewing and printing from our website. These statements detail all activity recorded in your account. You will receive investment confirmations from our website the business day following the date of activity. You are strongly encouraged to review these documents promptly. If, for any reason, you do not periodically receive emails from us notifying you of your statement or investment confirmation delivery, you agree to notify us immediately so that we can determine the cause of the notice failure and take appropriate steps to correct it. The statements and trade confirmations provide means for reporting any errors to us. Any such errors should be reported to us promptly and as soon as possible. If you do not report investment confirmation errors to us before settlement date or within three (3) business days after that date, you will be deemed to have waived your right to lodge a complaint with us later or to pursue any claim based on the error alleged in litigation or arbitration.

Account Statements and Confirmations. From time to time, but no less frequently than quarterly, we will send you statements for your Jiko Brokerage Account, which will be electronically as agreed to by you pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof. We will also send you transaction confirmations as required by law or regulation. We will keep on file for you a mailing address that you provide (including an email address), and will use the address specified by you or any updated address you provide, to send you written communications by mail or other methods (including, without limitation, electronically via the Public Platform). We will consider any communication delivered to that address as delivered to you personally. You must notify us immediately of any change to your mailing or email address. If we become aware of a change of your mailing address through notification from the U.S. Postal Service, we may update our records accordingly, however, we have no obligation to you to update your mailing address unless you have personally notified us of the address change.
Account Statements and Confirmations. Xxxxxx Xxxxx may provide periodic statements of my account, reporting holdings and transactions, and will confirm transactions in writing, each as required by applicable laws and regulations. Money deposited into my account, or otherwise credited to the account from interest or dividends received or from any other source, may be invested in one or more securities as I may have previously authorized. In lieu of receiving an immediate confirmation, Xxxxxx Xxxxx will report the details of systematic investment transactions or investments into a money market fund to me on my account statement. Xxxxxx Xxxxx reserves the right to withhold posting credit to my account or paying me dividends, interest or other payments until such time as payment has been received by Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

  • Account Statements Securities Intermediary shall send Secured Party and Pledgor written account statements with respect to the Reserve Account not less frequently than monthly. Reports or confirmation of the execution of orders and statements of account shall be conclusive if not objected to in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery.

  • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account.   • Account Statement  Every month THE BANK shall remit to the Customer by mail, to the registered address in THE BANK, a Account Statement or the CUSTOMER may view it in the Online Banking if he deems it convenient. If THE CUSTOMER does not object to such Account Statement after 10 days of having elapsed from the cut-off date, it shall be deemed accepted by the CUSTOMER, and its debit or credit balances shall be final on the date of the account. Claims against other types of communications shall be submitted to THE BANK immediately. All claims shall be in writing and the absence of a claim shall be construed as a sign of conformity of the CUSTOMER.  The presentation or remittance of the Account Statement constitutes a request to THE BANK for the CUSTOMER to give its conformity with the performed liquidation.   • BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client periodic statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within days of its mailing date. Client may request a statement at intervals of no less than 30 days. If Clients requests, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.

  • Daily Reports On each Business Day, the Servicer, with prior notice, shall prepare and make available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee a record setting forth (i) the aggregate amount of Collections processed by the Servicer on the preceding Business Day and (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the preceding Business Day.
