Account Statements. Securities Intermediary shall send Secured Party and Pledgor written account statements with respect to the Reserve Account not less frequently than monthly. Reports or confirmation of the execution of orders and statements of account shall be conclusive if not objected to in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery.

Account Statements. You are responsible for promptly examining your statement each statement period and reporting any irregularities to us. Each account statement will be considered to correctly reflect your transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, credits, refunds, imposition of fees, interest or dividends, and other additions and subtractions to your Account, unless you notify us in writing within certain time limits after the statement that incorrectly reflects your transactions is made available to you. For transactions not covered under the Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosures (below), you must report any account dispute or error, including any altered or forged items, promptly, and within 30 calendar days after your statement is issued or made available to you. We will not be liable for any subsequent items paid, in good faith, containing an unauthorized signature or alteration by the same wrongdoer unless you notify us within Ten (10) calendar days after the statement and first altered or forged items were made available. You must report any other Account problem including encoding errors, and errors involving additions or subtractions (debits and credits) not otherwise covered herein, including electronic transactions not covered by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, within Sixty (60) calendar days. If the suspected account problem involves a substitute check that you receive, you may (under some circumstances) be entitled to make a claim for an expedited refund. Such a claim may be subject to different notification timeframes. See the Substitute Check Policy Disclosure (if applicable) for further information. If you have requested us to hold your Account statements, we have the right to mail your statements if you have not claimed them within Thirty (30) calendar days. If we truncate your checks, you understand that your original checks will not be returned to you with your statement. You agree that our retention of checks does not alter or waive your responsibility to examine your statements or change the time limits for notifying us of any errors.
Account Statements. Your periodic statement will identify each electronic transaction. You will receive a monthly account statement for each month in which you initiate electronic transactions.

If I do not contact you within 30 days, I understand I will release the Credit Union from all claims in respect to the account(s) and I will have no claim against you for reimbursement even if the item charged to my account was forged, unauthorized or fraudulent. I understand I will be responsible for all cheques or other items which clear my account including forged or unauthorized items, even if I have notified you within the 30 days described above, unless I can prove I took all reasonable precautions to prevent the forgery or unauthorized item and the resulting loss. I understand I am deemed to have received each statement 5 days after the mailing date or the date upon which it was made available to me electronically. However, I understand that this 30 day period applies even if my statement is delayed or I do not receive my statement for any reason. Account Statements. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx shall provide Customer with periodic statements showing the Precious Metals in the Account and the transactions conducted on the Account since the last such statement. Customer must notify Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx in writing of any actual or suspected errors or inaccuracies in any statement from Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx within thirty (30) days after Customer’s receipt of such statement. If Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx does not receive notice of errors or inaccuracies with respect to a statement within such 30-day period, such statement shall be deemed accurate and correct and Customer waives all rights to contest such statement or any charges or fees billed to Customer on such statement. Customer hereby releases Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx from any liability for damages Customer may incur as a result of Customer’s failure to notify Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx of actual or suspected errors or inaccuracies in any account statement within such 30-day period.

For multiple party accounts, we are only obligated to send one statement. For checking accounts, you acknowledge that we assume ownership of your original check as soon as the item has been paid, and we will not return the check to you. However, you may request copies of a check at any time. A fee may be assessed for check copies as stated in the Fee Schedule. Account Statements. Trust Company will provide Client with an electronic account statement: (1) every calendar quarter, at a minimum; or (2) for any month in which Client deposited or withdrew Digital Assets. Each account statement will identify the amount of each Digital Asset in Client’s Custodial Account at the end of the period and set forth all transactions in Client’s account during that period. Trust Company will send a notice to the email of record given to Trust Company when a new account statement is made available.
Account Statements. We make Account statements available to you, which are the official record of your Account. You agree to check them promptly and to let us know if you think anything may be incorrect by contacting your banker, any of our branches or our Call Centre number. You agree and understand that we will not be liable for any unauthorized withdrawal, any payment order, any forged or altered item drawn on or deposited to your Account, any item with missing signatures or endorsements, any missing or diverted deposits, or any other error or discrepancy if you fail to notify us within that thirty (30) calendar day period, nor will we be liable for any forged or altered item if the forgery or alteration is not readily ascertainable upon inspection. Unless we adopt alternative procedures from time to time, checks drawn on your Account will not be returned to you and copies of checks will be made available to you upon your request. That notwithstanding, you agree that your duty to examine statements promptly, and your obligation to notify us in the event of any error is not waived or diminished in any respect by our retention of checks drawn on your Account. You agree that checks are deemed to be “made available” to you by your receipt of your statement and your ability to request copies of those checks. You agree that, if we take a check for processing for collection or payment by automated means, reasonable commercial standards do not require us to examine the check and that any such failure to examine shall not constitute a lack of ordinary care in the payment of that item.
