Common use of Account Reports Clause in Contracts

Account Reports. Upon Secured Party's request, Debtor will deliver to Secured Party, prior to the tenth (10th) day of each month, or on such other frequency as Secured Party may request, a written report in form and content satisfactory to Secured Party, showing a listing and aging of accounts and such other information as Secured Party may request from time to time. Debtor shall immediately notify Secured Party of the assertion by any account debtor of any set-off, defense or claim regarding an account or any other matter adversely affecting an account.

Account Reports. Upon Secured Party's request, Debtor will deliver to Secured Party, prior to the tenth forty-fifth (10th45th) day of each month, or on such other frequency as Secured Party may reasonably request, a written report in form and content satisfactory to Secured Party, with respect to the preceding month or other applicable period, showing a listing and aging of accounts and such other information as Secured Party may request from time to time. Debtor shall immediately notify Secured Party of the assertion by any account debtor of any set-off, defense or claim regarding an account or any other matter adversely affecting an account.
