Account Relationship. The Borrower will maintain an operating account at the Bank for as long as the Agreement remains in place.
Account Relationship. Borrower acknowledges that it shall maintain its primary deposit account, including its operating account, with the Lender. The monthly payment due under the Note shall be automatically deducted each month out of the operating account held by the Borrower at the Lender. Borrower shall be responsible to ensure sufficient amounts exist in the deposit account for the monthly payment amount to be under the Note and that a failure to keep sufficient funds in the deposit account shall not alleviate Borrower’s obligation to timely make payments under the Note.
Account Relationship. Aviso Correspondent Partners provides portfolio managers and their clients with order execution and related services. We will not provide you with investment advice or recommendations and will not be responsible for making a suitability determination of trades when accepting orders from you, your Portfolio Manager or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf. In relation to your Account, Aviso Correspondent Partners provides trade execution, custody, and other services. Your Account is managed by your Portfolio Manager. Subject to the terms of the Investment Management Agreement and other arrangements between you and your Portfolio Manager, your Portfolio Manager will independently exercise their authority (using their discretion) to make investment decisions within the framework of your Investment Policy Statement. Your Portfolio Manager is responsible for assisting you to identify your investment needs and goals and creating investment strategies to pursue them, and for ensuring the investments made on your behalf are suitable for you. You should speak to your Portfolio Manager for further information regarding your relationship with them and your respective roles and responsibilities.
Account Relationship. Maintain its principal banking relationship and all operating accounts with the Lender. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Borrower shall maintain a demand deposit account with the Lender from which the Lender is authorized and directed, without demand or notice, to charge and withdraw all amounts that shall become due and payable to the Lender pursuant to this Agreement.

Account Relationship. All payments by the Borrower to the Bank shall be effected into an account notified by the Bank to the Borrower.
Account Relationship. Borrower agrees, at all times while the Loan continues in effect, to maintain the Special Account in a depository relationship with Lender, as Borrower’s bank account and depository for the Borrower and the Mortgaged Property.
