ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND BILLING. 3.1 You must establish an account to use Second Life, using true and accurate registration information. Y ou must establish an Account with Linden Lab to use the Serv ice, except f or those portions of the Websites which Linden Lab allows users to access without registration. Y ou may establish one or more additional Accounts, prov ided that y our existing Account is in good standing and y ou are otherwise in f ull compliance with this Agreement. Y ou may not transf er or assign y our Account and its contractual rights, licenses and obligations, to any third party without the prior written consent of Linden Lab. Y ou agree to prov ide accurate, current and complete inf ormation about y ourself as prompted by the registration f orm ("Registration Data") and to use the account management tools prov ided to keep y our Registration Data accurate, current and complete. Y ou may establish an Account with Registration Data prov ided to Linden Lab by a third party who prov ides a gateway to our Serv ice through the use of an API, in which case y ou may hav e a separate, additional account relationship with such third party . This relationship in no way modif ies, lessens or alters y our obligations under these Terms of Serv ice. Access to Second Lif e through third parties may be av ailable or discontinued at the discretion of Linden Lab. Y ou acknowledge that Linden Lab is not liable f or the acts or omissions of such third parties, which are not the partner or representativ e of Linden Lab or endorsed or controlled by Linden Lab.

Such functions may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be “Reliability Coordinator” and “Balancing Authority” and “Transmission Planner” and “Planning Coordinator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

  • LETTERS OF REPRIMAND AND ACCESS TO FILES 9.01 Any letter of reprimand or suspension will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt by the employee of such letter or suspension provided that the employee’s record has been discipline free for such eighteen (18) month period. Leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) calendar days will not count towards the eighteen (18) month period.
