You hereby consent to the disclosure of the Personal Information and the Customer information by Mobile Network Operator and MSEA IPRS to the Bank and to the aforesaid use of the Personal Information and the Customer information by the Bank.

Failure to provide such information within the time required by the Bank may result in the Bank declining to accept your application for the Loana Mobile Money Account.
5.9 Confirmation 4.7 Acceptance by the Bank of your application acceptance for a Hustler Fund Group Micro Enterprise Savings and Loan Product Mobile Money Account shall be done via SMS sent to the Mobile Network Operator Mobile Phone Number associated with your Hustler Fund GroupMobile Money Account. You acknowledge and accept that the acceptance by the Bank of your application for a Mobile Money Account does not create any contractual relationship between you and the Mobile Network beyond the terms and conditions that apply to your Mobile Money Account from time to time.
5.10 Group member 4.8 The Bank reserves the right to decline your application for a Mobile Money Account or Group official can opt in to revoke the same at any stage at the Bank’s sole discretion and without assigning any reason or belong to only one Hustler Fund Group at a timegiving any notice thereto.

You hereby agree further acknowledge and authorize the Bank to share verify your personal Personal Information received from Mobile Network pursuant to Clause 4.3 against the information with MSEA for received from the purpose Government of formal registration of Kenya in your respect as contained in the Group you belong in during onboarding on Hustler Fund Group Micro Enterprise Savings and Loan ProductIPRS.
5.8 4.6. The Bank reserves the right to request for further information from you pertaining to your application for Hustler Fund Group Micro Enterprise Savings and a KCB Mobile Loan Product funds Account at any time. Failure to provide such information within the time required by the Bank may result in the Bank declining to accept your application for the Loana KCB Mobile Loan Account.
5.9 Confirmation 4.7. You undertake to update the personal information provided when opening the Bank Account within thirty (30) days from the date of any changes to the information provided therein.
4.8. Acceptance by the Bank of your application acceptance for a Hustler Fund Group Micro Enterprise Savings and KCB Mobile Loan Product shall be done via SMS sent to the Mobile Network Operator Mobile Phone Number associated with your Hustler Fund GroupBank Account.
5.10 Group member 4.9. The Bank reserves the right to decline your application for a KCB Mobile Loan Account or Group official to revoke the same at any stage at the Bank’s sole discretion and withoutassigning any reason or giving any notice thereto.
4.10. After successful registration, you can opt in use the Services seven (7) days a week, twenty- four (24) hours a day, although some or belong all of the Services will not be available during regularly scheduled maintenance periods or due to only one Hustler Fund Group at a timesystem/network interruptions.

Account Opening. 5.1 4.1. To open a KCB Mobile Loan Account with the Bank, you must be at least 18 years old, a registered and active Mobile Subscriber with a mobile service provider with which the Bank has an agreement with for the provision of this service. The Bank reserves the right to verify with the Mobile Network Operator IPRS the authenticity and status of your Mobile Money accountdetails.
5.2 The Bank reserves 4.2. You may open a KCB Mobile Loan Account solely by way of an electronic application made by you using your Equipment via the right to verify with MSEA KCB Mobile Loan Menu on the authenticity and status of your Group registrationKCB Mobile System.
5.3 4.3. You may access the Product by USSD by dialing *254#.
5.4 The Customer hereby consents to have the personal data shared by the Mobile Network operator agree and MSEA with authorize the Bank to request IPRS for purposes of onboarding the customer your personal information held by IPRS pursuant to the product. This agreement between you and KCB for the provision of Mobile Banking products and services and Banking Service including your phone number, name, date of birth, ID or Passport Number and such other information that will enable the Bank to identify you and comply with the regulatory “Know Your Customer” requirements (together the “Personal Information”).
5.5 . You also hereby agree and authorize the Bank to request Mobile Network Operator IPRS for information relating to your use of the Mobile Money Service, Mobile Money System and Mobile Network Operator Services ID as the Bank shall require for purposes of providing you the Services (“Customer information”) and in particular to determine your credit limitServices. You hereby consent to the disclosure of the Personal Information and the Customer information by Mobile Network Operator and MSEA IPRS to the Bank and to the aforesaid use of the Personal Information and the Customer information by the Bank.
5.6 4.4. You hereby agree and authorize the Bank to obtain and procure your Personal Information contained in the IPRS from the Government of Kenya and you further agree and consent to the disclosure and provision of such Personal Information by the Government of Kenya to the Bank.
