Account Opening Forms. Every person or entity opening an Account must complete a new Account Application in order to establish a basic deposit account as well as any other documentation required by the Bank in connection with additional services you use that are provided by the Bank.

Account Opening Forms. Every person or entity opening an Account must complete a new Bank account application in order to establish a basic deposit account as well as any other documentation required by the Bank in connection with additional services you use that are provided by the Bank. If you already have an account with an Affiliate of the Bank, you hereby authorize and direct the submission of all account information held by one or more such Affiliates to the Bank on your behalf in lieu of submitting an independent account application, and represent and warrant that the information contained in any such referred application is true and correct as of the date of this Agreement. You agree that such information may include, but is not limited to, statements, transaction histories, date of birth, gender, due diligence and enhanced due diligence documentation, passports, photo-identification, passports, proof of address, mailing address, proof of principal place of business, private or public government issued documentation, drivers licenses or other government identification, expected account balances, source of funds, source of wealth, expected account activity, any supporting documents or validating information relating to any of the above, and all other information which has or may be requested by any such Affiliate in relation to your account with that Affiliate. In the event that we require additional information to maintain or service your account you agree that such information may be requested by us or any of our Affiliates having an account relationship with you and that the failure to obtain such documentation whether from you directly or from an Affiliate may lead to the closure of your account. The Bank shall be under no obligation to contact your directly in connection with any of the above requests.
