Account Name. (a) The Accounts (other than the Manager Account, the Lockbox Account and each Reserve Account) shall each be in the name of a Borrower for the benefit of Administrative Agent. Each Reserve Account and the Lockbox Account shall be in the name of Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
