Common use of Account Data Clause in Contracts

Account Data. Account Data is information - other than (i) data, software, and information that Customer provides to IGF to process on behalf of Customer pursuant to an agreement and (ii) BCI - that Customer provides to IGF to enable Customer’s acquisition and use of products or that IGF collects using tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, regarding Customer’s use of products. IGF and its affiliates, its contractors and subprocessors may use Account Data for example, to enable product features, administer use, personalize experience, and otherwise support or improve use of products.
