Common use of Account Control Agreements Clause in Contracts

Account Control Agreements. Within forty-five (45) days after the Closing Date (or such longer period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion), the Administrative Agent shall have received Deposit Account Control Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements required to be delivered in accordance with Section 6.14.

Account Control Agreements. Within forty-five (45) 30 days after the Closing Date (or such longer period of time as agreed to unless extended by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion), the Administrative Agent shall have received Deposit Account Control Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements control agreements satisfactory to the Administrative Agent to the extent required to be delivered in accordance with pursuant to Section 6.14.

Within forty-five ninety (4590) days after the Closing Date (or such longer extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretionAgent), deliver to the Administrative Agent, to the extent required by Section 6.14 and not delivered to the Administrative Agent shall have received Deposit Account Control Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements on or prior to the Closing Date, such duly executed account control agreements with respect to Collateral for which a control agreement is required to be delivered in accordance with Section 6.14for perfection of the Administrative Agent’s security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code.
