Common use of Account Charges Clause in Contracts

Account Charges. (a) Your Purchase Power account (the “Account”) will be charged for the amount of postage, products, and services requested and the related fees, if applicable. (b) Unless prohibited by law, you agree to pay the fees and charges of which the Bank has given you notice, including those relating to: (i) transaction fees, if applicable; (ii) your failure to pay in a timely manner; (iii) your exceeding your credit line; and (iv) fees attributable to the return of any checks.
