Account and Card Use. A Card can only be used by the Cardholder in whose name it has been issued. Cardholders can use their Card and/or Card number for any permitted purpose including, but not limited to: ƒ making Purchases, whether they buy in person, over the phone, using the Internet or by mail order; ƒ making cash withdrawals at one of our branches, at another financial institution or at an ATM; ƒ writing cheques using the Credit Card Cheques; and ƒ taking advantage of a balance transfer offer by transferring all or part of a balance they owe elsewhere to the Account, through our online banking service or by calling 1-800 ROYAL® 1-2 (0-000-000-0000). A Cardholder must not use their Card for any illegal, improper or unlawful purpose. We may refuse to authorize certain types of transactions as we decide including, but not limited to, Internet gambling.

Account and Card Use. A Cardholder may use their Account and Card to obtain advances of money from you through Purchase transactions, Cash Advance transactions and other transactions you permit from time to time. The use of each Account and Card is governed by this Agreement. An Account and Card may only be used by the Cardholder in whose name it has been opened or issued. A Cardholder must not use their Card after the expiration date shown on it or after the termination of this Agreement. A Cardholder may not use their Card for any illegal, improper or unlawful purpose. You reserve the right to refuse your authorization for certain types of transactions as determined by you.

  • KEY-SAFE / LOCKBOX The Owner: (check one) ☐ - Authorizes the use of a key-safe / lockbox to allow entry into the Property. ☐ - Does not authorize the use of a key-safe / lockbox to allow entry into the Property.

  • Credit Card If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information and will be presented with a screen that reflects the amount of your subscription, the amount of fees that would be charged by the credit card issuer for the transaction and the total amount payable.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.

  • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • Credit Card Authorization TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AUTHORIZE XXXXXXX TO CHARGE ALL AMOUNTS DUE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO ANY CREDIT CARD YOU PROVIDE TO US, AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS XXXXXXX WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.

  • Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.

  • Account Agreement Lender shall have received the original of the Account Agreement executed by each of Cash Management Bank and Borrower.
