  • Pursuant to Tex Admin. Code Title 34 §§ 20.85(f)(l)(2) and 20.287(b), TFC administers monthly HSP to include the PARs compliance monitoring through a HUB Compliance Reporting System known as B2G. CMR and CMR’s Subcontractors must submit required PARs information into the B2G system as a condition of payment. When delays occur in the timely submission of PARs information into the B2G system, TFC reserves the right to treat such delays as a deficiency resulting in suspension of CMR’s payment request until such deficiency has been resolved.

  • Order to Submit to Testing A member's refusal or failure, when ordered, to submit within the time limits provided hereinafter to a test permitted by this Article shall subject the member to discipline. By taking a test under this Article, however, a member shall not be construed as waiving any objection or rights that he or she may possess. Within seventy-two (72) hours of the time the member is ordered to submit to reasonable suspicion testing, the City shall provide the member with a written notice setting forth the information and observations which form the basis of the order to test.

  • Right to Receive and Release Needed Information Certain facts are needed to apply these COB rules. The Plan has the right to de­ cide which facts it needs. It may get needed facts from or give them to any other organization or person. The Plan need not tell, or get the consent of, any person to do this. Each person claiming benefits under this Benefit Program must give the Plan any facts it needs to pay the Claim. FACILITY OF PAYMENT A payment made under another Benefit Program may include an amount that should have been paid under this Benefit Program. If it does, the Plan may pay that amount to the organization that made the payment under the other Benefit Program. That amount will then be treated as though it were a benefit paid under this Benefit Program. The Plan will not have to pay that amount again. The term “payment made” includes providing benefits in the form of services, in which case “payment made” means reasonable cash value of the benefits provided in the form of services. RIGHT OF RECOVERY If the amount of payments made by the Plan is more than it should have paid un­ der this COB provision, it may recover the excess from one or more of:

  • Authorization to Release Information By execution of this Agreement, the Resident, Resident Representative and Sponsor authorize the Facility to release to government agencies, insurance carriers or others who could be financially liable for any medical care provided to the Resident, all information needed to secure and substantiate payment for such medical care and to permit representatives thereof to examine and copy all records relating to such care.
