ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT BENEFITS. 3.01 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is payable in the event of death which results from injury caused accidentally and within 365 days of such injury on the basis of 100% of the amount set out in paragraph 3.02.
