Accident Records. CONTRACTOR shall maintain records of any accident and incident (involving persons and/or property) occurring in connection with the provisions of services in this project. A copy of the accident report shall be placed in the individual vehicle file. CITY reserves the right to inspect a vehicle that had previously been involved in an accident before that vehicle is returned to CAE service. Additionally, CONTRACTOR shall:  Immediately notify CITY of any accident or incident; and  Provide records relating to any accident or incident to CITY.

  • Client Records 26.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided under the terms of this Contract in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Safety Information Any other bulletins may only be posted by mutual agreement between the Union and designated Management.
