ACCIDENT PREVENTION. The Contractor shall always exercise precaution for the protection of persons (including employees) and property. Precautionary measures shall include, but not limited to, installation of adequate safety guards and protective devices for all equipment and machinery, whether used in the performance of the work or permanently installed as part of the work. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws relating to safety precautions, including safety regulations of the California Department of Industrial Relations, State Division of Industrial Safety.
