Common use of Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee. The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety and health in the Health Unit in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness. The Employer agrees to form a committee under the terms and conditions of the applicable legislation.

The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety Health and health Safety in the Health Unit workplace in order to prevent accidents, injury and or illness. The Employer agrees to form accept two (2) representatives selected or appointed by the Union and that such representatives attending safety committee meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a committee under result of such attendance. The Union agrees that its members shall fully co-operate in the terms observation of all safety rules and conditions of the applicable legislationpractices.
