ACCIDENT PAY. 28.1 Subject to the provisions of this Clause, employees, upon receiving payment of Workers’ Compensation in the terms of the relevant State/Territory legislation, and continuing to receive such payment in respect of a weekly incapacity within the meaning of the relevant State/Territory legislation, will be paid accident pay by the Company, which said liability by the Company for accident pay may be discharged by another person on their behalf, provided that;
