  • Family Illness The start of a family leave for a serious health condition of a family member shall begin on the date requested by the employee or designated by Management.

  • Group Term Life Insurance The School District will pay the full premium for each $1,000 of coverage for group term life insurance for all full-time teachers who qualify for and enroll in the existing group term life insurance plan of the School District.   • SHORT-TERM ILLNESS AND INJURY AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY Employees shall be entitled to coverage for short term illness and injury and long term disability in accordance with agreed upon regulations which will be subject to review and revision during the period of this Agreement by negotiations between the Parties and included as Appendix A to this Agreement.
