Accident or Incident. If an operator experiences an accident or incident during the school day, the Director of Transportation may suspend the operator from their field trip for the day or longer without penalty. The intent is to afford the operator sufficient time to recover from the incident/accident and conduct remedial training as appropriate.
Accident or Incident. It is agreed that persons involved in a work related accident or incident that results in property or equipment damage or injury requiring treatment defined as recordable by OSHA/WISHA Regulation may be required to submit to a test.

Where held out of service, the Flight Crew Member and the Association will be so notified in writing within seven (7) days along with the reasons therefore. Flight crew members involved in aircraft accidents or other operational incidents affecting flight safety may be subject to suspension flying duties pending an investigation of the accident or incident. Normal pay and other companybenefits shall continue during any such suspension period. Where the investigation is undertaken by the Company, the officers involved shall make every attempt to issue a report within three (3) months. The Association shall be afforded observer status in the investigation with access to all relevant material and shall receive a copy of any interim or final Throughout this procedure the Flight Crew Member involved his designated may, upon and in conjunction with a designated representative of the Company, review and receive copies of any information contained in his personal or technical files.

A complete report is to be written by the driver and supervisor and transmitted to COUNCIL within 24 hours. COUNCIL will notify WSDOT and determine any subsequent actions depending on the situation. If the vehicle was funded with state or federal funds, CONTRACTOR must contact WSDOT and copy COUNCIL on all communication.

A Flight Crew Member who erases a Data Recorder after an incident or accident shall be subject to discipline up to and including dismissal.
