Accident or Incident. If an operator experiences an accident or incident during the school day, the Director of Transportation may suspend the operator from their field trip for the day or longer without penalty. The intent is to afford the operator sufficient time to recover from the incident/accident and conduct remedial training as appropriate.

Accident or Incident. It is agreed that persons involved in a work related accident or incident that results in property or equipment damage or injury requiring treatment defined as recordable by OSHA/WISHA Regulation may be required to submit to a test.
Accident or Incident. Where a Flight Crew Member is involved in an accident or incident related to the operation of an aircraft while on duty, he may be held out of service pending the outcome of any investigation into the accident or incident. Where held out of service, the Flight Crew Member and the Association will be so notified in writing within seven (7) days along with the reasons therefore. Flight crew members involved in aircraft accidents or other operational incidents affecting flight safety may be subject to suspension flying duties pending an investigation of the accident or incident. Costs for investigation personnel are Party-specific and will be borne by the sending Party. The sharing of information between Parties on accident investigations and their findings and probable causes is a valuable tool for safety and must be encouraged.

  • Accidents If a death, serious personal injury or substantial property damage occurs in connection with CONTRACTOR’s performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify Mendocino County Risk Manager's Office by telephone. CONTRACTOR shall promptly submit to COUNTY a written report, in such form as may be required by COUNTY of all accidents which occur in connection with this Agreement.
