Accident/Incident Report. The SUPPLIER must immediately notify the Supervisor of the works appointed by ENEL the occurrence of any incident or accident involving death, injury, damage to property, damage to the environment, or exposure to a hazardous substance, and send a complete written report, within the twenty-four (24) hours following the event, stating the site, date and time when it occurred, name of the person(s) affected, injuries suffered, probable causes, damage caused, measures taken, measures to be taken , and any other information it may consider necessary for the knowledge of the facts. This report does not release the SUPPLIER form its responsibilities. In addition, the SUPPLIER must report the occurrence of accidents to the Government Bodies in accordance with the applicable Local Legal Regulation.
