Accessing the Services. 4.1. Limited Licence We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services and the Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Site solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree to access the Services through a Caremerge approved application, including, but not limited to, a web browser or through an application made available through iTunes and other third-party distribution platforms (“Applications”), and specifically agree not to use any third-party applications to access the Services. You further agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other automatic device, manual process or application or data mining or extraction tool to access, monitor, copy or use the Services. You agree not to take any other action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Services. In addition, you agree not to link to the Services other than through the home page located at xxx.Xxxxxxxxx.xxx or through the Applications.
Accessing the Services. Customer shall provide and maintain, and Hexagon shall have no responsibility for, Customer’s own equipment, third party software, networks, internet access, communications lines, and other resources necessary to interoperate with the Platform and the Services (collectively, “Equipment”). Customer shall be responsible for ensuring the security of the Equipment, as well as ensuring that such Equipment is compatible with the Services and complies with the specifications set forth in the Documentation. Third Party IoT hardware devices and connectivity software are not part of the Services. It is Customer’s responsibility to procure and maintain appropriate licenses for third party IoT hardware devices and connectivity software. Customer is solely responsible for the operation of third party IoT hardware devices and connectivity software.
Accessing the Services. You are responsible for the software, hardware and Internet service needed to access and use the Services. If you access and use the Services on your smartphone, tablet or other mobile device (“Mobile Device”), you are solely responsible for any and all data and other fees related to use of the Services through your Mobile Device. We do not guarantee availability of the Services at all times of the day. Real Estate Agent - Referrals may from time to time perform upgrades, updates or otherwise make the Services unavailable. To the maximum extent authorized under applicable law, we reserve the right to change, remove, delete, restrict, block access to, or stop providing any or all of the Services at any time and without notice. Except as provided in our customer agreements, Real Estate Agent - Referrals has no obligation to provide access to or support for the Services.
Accessing the Services. Typhon SAS undertakes to exercise due care and diligence with regard to fulfilling its obligations in accordance with the latest developments and practices within the profession.
Accessing the Services. Access to the Digital Tool is available through your existing Teachers Pay Teachers account (“Account”) . Not all Resources may be eligible for use with the Digital Tool and only those indicating availability for use with the Digital Tool may be used, modified, and shared in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for keeping your Account secure and ensuring against unauthorized use or disclosure of your Account login credentials. You are responsible for all activity taking place on your Account and any use of the Digital Tool under your Account. The use of certain functionality or features of the Digital Tool may require you to have access to or an account with a third-party service. You are responsible for obtaining access to any such services, any costs associated therewith, and for understanding the terms and privacy statements regarding using and sharing personal information with any such third-party services. TpT is not responsible for obtaining your right to use any third party services, for any costs or damages that may arise from your use of any third party services, for the operation or actions of third parties you choose to interact with through our services, or for your disclosure of any personal information to any third parties. Personal Information of Teachers that TpT processes in connection with the Digital Tool is governed by our Privacy Policy and Student Information is governed by our Student Privacy Policy.

You may access Services as available: ● for your information and personal use and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of FlexTogether; ● as intended through the normal functionality of the FlexTogether Service;
Accessing the Services. To access the Services, you need a computer or a mobile phone that is compatible with our software and that is capable of accessing the Internet. Our ability to provide the Services to you relies on the quality of your and our Internet and cellular connections, the reliability of your devices, and other circumstances beyond your and our control. We are not responsible for any losses you suffer if your or our access to the Internet is interrupted.
