Access, Use or Sell. (a) SailPoint will not: (i) sell any Customer Personal Information received from Customer; or (ii) retain, access, disclose or use Customer Personal Information provided by or collected on behalf of Customer for any purpose except as necessary to maintain or provide the Services specified in the Agreement and this DPA, or as necessary to comply with the law or binding order of a governmental body, including retaining, accessing, disclosing or using the Customer Information for a commercial purpose other than providing the Services specified in the Agreement.
