Access to Unit. From and after the date of this Agreement, Seller shall afford Buyer and its agents and representatives, reasonable access, during normal business hours, after reasonable notice, and subject to any conditions, which Seller may impose, to the Unit, for purposes such as conducting an appraisal, measuring and viewing the condition and construction of the Unit, provided Buyer shall not interfere with construction. Any such visit to the Unit shall be at Buyer’s risk and only in the presence of Seller or Seller’s representatives. Buyer recognizes that the Condominium is a construction site and is inherently dangerous. Buyer hereby releases and indemnifies Seller from any and all claims, damages, expenses, suits, costs and liabilities, of whatever nature, arising from the presence of Buyer or Buyer’s representatives at the Property or the Unit. The foregoing indemnity shall survive the delivery of the Deed hereunder or the earlier termination of the Agreement.

Access to Unit. (a) You shall have access to the Unit 24 hours a day, provided that You are not in default under this Agreement. Upon such default occurring and continuing uncured for a period of two (2) consecutive days, Your rights to access shall cease until such default has been cured. (b) Storage Solutions shall have the right to access the Unit at all reasonable times for all legal purposes, repair and maintenance purposes or upon default or termination of this Agreement. In the event You do not grant access to the Unit as required, Storage Solutions shall have the right to remove Your lock and enter the Unit to examine its contents, make repairs or alterations, or take any action necessary to preserve the Unit, enforce Storage Solutions’ right or comply with applicable laws.
Access to Unit i. A service dog/assistance animal must be contained to allow City personnel to safely enter the unit for inspections and maintenance. The City will provide a 48-hour notice to enter the unit for inspections. A work order request from Tenant authorizes the City to enter the unit at any time during normal business hours to complete the maintenance request.
Access to Unit. Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to investigate the standing of all employees and investigate conditions to see that the agreement is being enforced, provided that no interview shall be held during rush hours, or unreasonably interrupt the duties of the employee. The Union Representative shall notify the Company before he/she shall take action with persons involved. If the Employer is absent, the representative of the Union shall contact the person in charge of the shift and inform him of the circumstances. The Employer and the Union representative shall conduct themselves in such manner as to carry out the intent and spirit of this section.

Employer will assist Union in obtaining pass to military unit that is similar to the pass issued to employees.

BUYER shall indemnify and save SELLER harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, suits, costs and liabilities, of whatever nature, arising from the presence of BUYER or Buyer's Representatives at the Premises or Unit. The foregoing indemnity shall survive the delivery of the Deed hereunder or the earlier termination of this Agreement.
Access to Unit. Tenant will allow Landlord, without notice to Tenant, free access at all reasonable times to the storage unit or to any stored vehicles or boat for the purpose of inspection or making repairs, additions, or alterations to the premises. Landlord may elect to fence and gate the facility but shall provide means of 24 hour access. Landlord's rights under this paragraph do not create a duty to make any improvements, additions, or alterations.
Access to Unit. Landlord shall have access to the Unit upon notice to Tenant as defined in Section 17 - "Notices". Landlord is permitted to show the Unit to prospective tenants beginning either the earlier of the expiration of the notice period by Landlord for Lease renewal or 90 days. Tenant shall ensure Landlord is allowed to show the Unit with 12 hours prior notice. The Unit shall be neat and clean prior to the showing. If Landlord is not enabled access for whatever reason more than one attempt by Landlord and/or Landlord Agent, Tenant will pay a rescheduling fee of $100 for each rescheduled time, which shall be deemed “additional rent”. Landlord may enter the Unit at any time without notice in case of emergency.
